As Security Industry Authority Approved Contractors, you are safe in the knowledge that all our staff have undergone professional training and have been vetted for up to 10 years. Each member of our staff has earned their SIA front-line licence. We do not stop there, however. Each new staff member undergoes more rigorous in-house training until we are satisfied that they exceed to equivalent of SITO Parts one and two.

Once a Security Officer is posted to an assignment he receives further training into the particulars and peculiarities of the site on which he is working. It is only once a senior manager has signed him or her off as being competent at the site that we are happy for him to undertake his full duties.

For effective communication with each other, and more importantly with the client and the authorities it is an essential that all out Security Officers speak and write fluent English. If not native to the UK we are especially careful to ensure that they all have the right to live and work in the UK.
