Security Training
Taybar places a great deal of emphasis on training with the level and quantity of training being geared to the requirements of the individual. All Security Officers will receive ongoing training, tailored to the individual needs of both the security officer and site specific requirements of our customers.
All our Security Officers receive a basic training the equivalent to SITO Parts I and II. Thereafter they receive our in-house training and induction course, to learn the Taybar way. Finally as they are posted to each individual site, they receive specific site relevant training in accordance with the site training manual. It is only after a Senior Manager has signed them off on this site training that they are considered as fit for duty at that site.

- Weighbridge Duties
- Reception Duties
- NHS/Medical Centre Security Training
- Mobile Inspector Training
- Traffic and Parking Management
- Construction Site and Plant Protection
- Child and Youth Awareness Training
- Disaster and Major Incident First Responder Training
All staff are encouraged to improve their knowledge wherever possible.
